Scholarship and Placement Exams
The Scholarship Placement Exam is required of all incoming freshman. This test helps determine which
classes are best suited to each student. Aquinas Scholarships are awarded to the top placement test scores. Students scoring in the top national percentiles will receive:
99th Percentile: $4,000 Scholarship
95th Percentile: $2,500 Scholarship
90th Percentile: $1,750 Scholarship
This is a four year renewable scholarship providing the student maintains a 3.3 GPA, gets involved in at least two sports or extra-curricular activities, and performs at least 20 hours of community service each year.
Placement exam fee is $20.00 due on the day of the test. Students should bring two #2 pencils and arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Parents are asked to attend a brief parent information meeting at the start of each testing time. Topics of discussion include the admission process, tuition, financial aid, and an open question/answer period.
