Social Justice

Rooted in Lake Catholic's Catholicism and call to live out the Gospel message, we are committed to forming students in the study of inequality and inspiring them to be advocates of justice. Jesus calls all people to be disciples of change and compassion. He says, "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me" (Mt 25:40). Inspired by these words, we strive to grow in solidarity and encounter the risen Jesus in our poor sisters and brothers through our many initiatives.
