Camp Details

Lake Catholic High School invites all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade student-athletes to participate in our Strength & Conditioning Camps, designed to support long-term athletic development in a positive, educational environment.

Led by our Strength & Conditioning Coach, Jimmy King, each session focuses on teaching the fundamental principles of strength and conditioning for athletic performance. Student-athletes will engage in a structured program incorporating speed and power development, basic plyometrics, and foundational strength training techniques—all aligned with age-appropriate training methods.

Our goal at Lake Catholic is to foster total athlete development, building not only physical strength, power, speed and agility but also confidence, discipline, and a passion for lifelong success.
