Jackie Rubino (‘16) married Connor Krause on Saturday, May 16 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Mentor. Jackie’s sister Francesca Kane (‘17) served as her matron of honor, while her other two sisters Sophia (‘20) and Gianna (‘24) were her maids of honor. Other members of the wedding party included Alexa Kryz (‘16), Alexis Cooper (‘16), Meghann Dunning (‘16), Nicole Jarem (‘16), Colin Kane (‘17), and Luke Frazier (‘20). Congratulations Jackie and Connor!

Kasey Konte (‘16), the Associate Athletic Director for Operations at John Carroll University, has been named the winner of the 2026 Emerging Leader Award by The Collegiate Event and Facilities Management Association. Congratulations Kasey!

Jenna (Brenneman) Sweeney (‘17) and her husband Kevin Sweeney (‘17) welcomed son, Christopher James Sweeney, to the world on May 23. Congratulations Jenna and Kevin, and welcome to the Cougar Family Christopher! 

Lilija Taraska (‘17) married Justin Decheck on Saturday, May 16 at Divine Word Catholic Church in Kirtland. Lilija’s twin sister Silvija (‘16) served as her maid of honor, while other siblings, Adi (‘10), Nick (‘13), and Viktorija (‘14), were all a part of the wedding party. Congratulations Lilija and Justin!

Maccoy Phillips (‘18) graduated from the University of Akron Law School with his J.D. Degree. 

Mallory Lough (‘19) married Andrew Druzina (‘19) on Saturday, 23. Congratulations Mallory and Dre!
 

Ashley Browske (‘19) graduated from Cleveland State University with her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy.

Luka Eller (‘20) has joined Cerity Partners as a Wealth Planner Associate.

Kosta Anderson (‘20) graduated from Bowling Green State University.

Kailyn Krahe (‘21) graduated from Lake Erie College with her MEd in Educational Leadership.

Caitlin McCrone (‘22) graduated from Ohio University earlier this month with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, and Business Analytics. She will be returning to Acquis Consulting Group in New York City, where she was an intern last summer, as a Business Analyst.

Leilani Natale (‘22) graduated from the University of Akron with her BS in Applied Mathematics. 

John O’Keeffe (‘22) married Lauren McNeill on Friday, May 15 at Divine Word Catholic Church in Kirtland. John’s twin brother James (‘22) served as his best man. Other members of the wedding party included Maria O’Keeffe (‘21), Sophie Rako (‘22), Jake Brenneman (‘22), and Michael Powaski (‘22). Congratulations John and Lauren!

Elise Bertone (‘22) graduated from the University of AlabamaI with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a dual major in Real Estate and Marketing.

Olivia Briganti (‘22) graduated from Ohio State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Iva Bruketa (‘22) received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Mount Union.

Gianna Carcelli (‘22) graduated from the University of Dayton with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science. She plans to continue her education to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Carly Duricky (‘22) graduated from the University of Dayton, where she earned The James M. Landis Memorial Award of Excellence as an Outstanding Senior in Health Science.

Owen Kaufman (‘22) graduated from Purdue University-Fort Wayne with his degree in Construction Management. While there, Owen was on the track and field team all four years.  

Carmen LoConti (‘22) graduated from Cleveland State University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ava Morgan (‘22) graduated from the University of Dayton with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.

Jade Morgan (‘22) graduated from the University of Dayton with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Production.

Sophia Pecjak (‘22) received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Kent State University.

Eva Schoen (‘22) graduated from the University of Tampa.

Olivia Suponcic (‘22) graduated from Ohio University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology.

Mila Udovicic (‘22), a lacrosse player at Seton Hill University, was named a USA Lacrosse All-American Third Team selection. Congratulations Mila!

Jessica Wilson (‘22) graduated from Mercyhurst University.

Maria Martincic (‘23) will be a Product Support Intern at Towlift Inc. this summer.

Savannah Marincek (‘23) will be joining the Ohio House of Representatives for the summer as a Legislative Page.

Gia Mazzolini (‘23) graduated from Walsh University with a degree in Visual Communications Design, with minors in business and marketing.

Meadow Pontius (‘24) was a member of the inaugural flag football team at Allegheny College, on which she played center and linebacker. The team was a club sport this past season and will move to a varsity sport next season.
