The Lake Catholic High School Advisory Board meets quarterly for the purpose of long range and strategic planning. Though not a governing or policy making board, the group provides vision to the administration when considering school improvements, programs, and general operating issues. The school President, Principal, and a representative of the Diocese of Cleveland are always seated on the Board. The Executive Committee is comprised of the Board officers, President, Principal, and Diocesan Representative, as well as the chairs of the Development, Finance, Marketing, and Nominating Committees. Membership is at the invitation of the school administration. For the 2012-2013 school year, members are:
